1. Angles.Take at least 10 more seconds to think about your angles. Instead of blind fire, appreciate your surroundings and what they bring to your composition
2.Exposure. There is no point have a picture too bright to not see other details, or to dark you cannot grasp depth effectively. Make sure you have a histogram always open on your LCD camera screen.
3. Shutter speed. This is how fast the image is captured from your camera. AKA, ISO settings. High ISO is good for action sports or wildlife while low ISO is good for capturing motion blur, or even those pics you see of streaks of car's tail-lights, even stars. Accommodate your ISO setting for the desired end-product.
4. Negative space. This is where little or next to nothing is around the subject. This is sometimes useful as it means that the viewers attention goes directly where you want. To emphasise singularity, use negative space to your advantage.
5. Bokeh. Blur in the background if needed to focus attention on subject. Use a longer lens. eg.40-200.
6 & 7.Lighting & time of day. This ties together as shooting a drone video at noon of Hawaii wont have as much emphasis as otherwise shot at sunset, or golden hour. Use an app like 'Sun surveyor' to know when golden hour is.
